Orders and Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK headquarters. We aim to dispatch your order using standard delivery in 1-2 working days from when your order was made.
Once you have made your order:
As soon as we receive your online order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with details about your order. If you notice anything wrong with the order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your shipment’s tracking number at which point you can track the status of its delivery.
FREE SIGNED FOR 2nd CLASS DELIVERY FOR ALL UK ORDERS £65 AND OVER. Can take 2 - 5 working days from dispatch.
Orders under £65: £2.99 second class standard. Can take 2 - 5 working days from dispatch.
1st Class signed shipping: £5.00 delivered 1-2 working days from when you made your order.
Royal Mail: £10 tracked and signed delivery. 4 - 5 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World:
Royal Mail Signed and Tracked: 20.00 Delivery 5 - 7 working days from dispatch
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us via email first and remember to include your online receipt. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then sent you the details on how to return your goods. Being a small start up company, we will be unable to offer complimentary postage for returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error -Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
When returning an item:
-Please remember to get a receipt for proof of postage.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We aim to repair any defective goods before offering exchange. We only replace items in extreme circumstances if they are defective or damaged beyond repair. If your item has been defective in any way please do not hesitate to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
